# Getting Started ## 1. Install the app {% hint style="warning" %} Have already installed the app? Skip this and go to [**step 2**](#2-select-the-product) {% endhint %} For this first step, select the tab below that best suits your needs ⬇️ {% tabs %} {% tab title="1st time installing" %} i. Follow the instructions and select your theme of choice. **If you would like to use another theme later on**, simply reinstall the app on that other theme. Enable variants and fill in the product options {% hint style="warning" %} Already have variants set up? Please skip this and go to [**step 4.**](#4-open-variant-image-wizard) If it's your first time adding product variants, please follow the steps below {% endhint %} **i. Open Variant Image Wizard Now that you have enabled and added the variants on the product, go to the top right corner of the product page and select **More Actions**. Variant Image Wizard will open up in a new browser tab. You will be greeted with an introduction dialog. If you have already [**set one variant image for one or more variants within your product's details**](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/product-media/add-images-variants), you'll be presented with a message asking if you would like to import them. Add existing media to a product variant {% hint style="warning" %} If you want to upload new media (images/videos/models) to a variant, skip this and go to [**step 6**](#6-upload-media) {% endhint %} Expand the product variant you want to add media (images/videos/models) to and click on **Add media**. Then, select the media of your choice and click on **DONE**. Repeat this step to add existing media to all your variants. {% embed url="" %} {% hint style="info" %} **Want to add existing media (images/videos/models) to multiple variants at once?** You can do so with our [**Bulk Edit**](https://docs.productwiz.io/variant-image-wizard/bulk-edit). {% endhint %} ## 6. Upload new media {% hint style="warning" %} If you have already [**configured all your variants with existing media**](#5-add-existing-media-to-a-product-variant), you can skip this step {% endhint %} If you would like to upload new media (images/videos/models), you can either upload it to a specific variant or to your [**product's media**](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/product-media). Please note that if you upload media to a specific variant, the media will be **added to your product's media**. Please select the tabs below based on your preference ⬇️ {% tabs %} {% tab title="To your product's media" %} Expand a product variant and click on **Add media**. Then, drag and drop media or click on **Add media**. Finally, select the media of your choice and click on **DONE**. Repeat these steps to upload new media to all your variants. {% embed url="" %} {% endtab %} {% tab title="To a specific variant" %} Expand the product variant of your choice and drag and drop the media you would like to add into **Add media**. Visit the product in your storefront After configuring your variants, check how the product looks like on your storefront.
